Tasks And Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and setup IT equipment for production and warehouse locations
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Coordinate with remote site contacts about their production needs
- Complete tickets in IT helpdesk ticketing system
- Carry assigned projects to completion on time
Requirements
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
- Excellent listening, communication, and written skills
- Energetic and passionate with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work and complete projects independently, as well as within a team environment
- Great customer service
