About the role

As a Bellperson, you will greet guests with warm and friendly engagement while introducing them to their room, amenities, and hotel outlets.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warm and friendly greetings and engagement
• Assist guests with luggage and familiarize them with their room, amenities, and hotel outlets
• Maintain an orderly and clean luggage storage room, lobby concierge desk, and front entrance

Requirements

• Minimum of some high school education
• Less than six months of job-related experience
• Experience in a high-level service hospitality environment
