What You'll Do
- Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally on behalf of our business clients
- Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
- Take accurate, clear messages and relay them to clients in real time
- Schedule appointments and provide general client support per client instructions
- Follow client specific call-handling instructions with care and consistency
- Deliver a warm, efficient, and courteous experience on every call
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong empathy, active listening, and professional telephone manners
- An attention to detail and the ability to type accurately while on a call
- A reliable internet and dedicated workspace to ensure a professional setting
- Dependability (consistent attendance is essential in a 24/7 operation)
- Availability to work at least one weekend day
