About the role

White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award‑winning premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in dynamic cities. Hotel Trinity, launching in late 2026 as the only Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in downtown Austin, will be a luxury boutique experience with a guest‑only rooftop pool, high‑end seafood restaurant and oyster bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage, ensuring luggage is always safe and secure.
• Use luggage carts to deliver items to and from guestrooms.
• Maintain and drive the hotel van or park guest vehicles, if applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of public areas and work areas; complete daily/weekly cleaning schedule.
• Develop thorough knowledge of hotel services, surroundings, local area, and nearby travel services.
• Accurately answer guest questions and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Outgoing and social personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Passion for service with a positive, can‑do attitude and team‑player mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions.
