About the role
At Pursuit, we connect people to iconic places through unforgettable and inspiring experiences. Our Bell Person role involves greeting guests on arrival, providing information about services, leading tours, and assisting with various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and help them with their bags when necessary
- Provide information about services, entertainment, and other activities at the lodge
- Lead a daily walking tour of the lodge, highlighting its unique history and culture
- Help keep the lobby and other public areas of the lodge clean and welcoming
- Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
Requirements
- Guest service or Bell Person experience preferred
- Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
- A valid US driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and carry up and down stairs
- Willingness and ability to work solo or as part of a team
- Commitment to Safety First
- Organization with a great eye for detail
- Good communication skills, always suggesting ideas and solutions
