About the role
The Bell Captain oversees and is responsible for the daily operations of the bell staff and luggage handling at the Windsong Lodge. Key responsibilities include safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring the surroundings, and providing dynamic guest service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee bell staff and ensure smooth operation of luggage handling
- Anticipate and address guest needs promptly and courteously
- Honor the surroundings and maintain a safe environment
- Provide exceptional guest service and uphold core values
Requirements
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous bell staff and guest service experience
- Must be 21+ years of age at the time of employment start and possess valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
