Behavioral Health Therapist II - Outpatient

About the role

The Behavioral Health Therapist II-Outpatient is responsible for providing solution-focused behavioral health treatment through individual, group, and family counseling. They provide clinical impressions and assessments, perform crisis support and services as needed, and function as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as applicable. They also oversee clinical staff as assigned and travel to various sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution-focused behavioral health treatment through individual, group, and family counseling.

• Perform crisis support and services as needed.
• Function as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as applicable.
• Oversight of clinical staff as assigned.
• Travel to various sites as specific program requirements dictate.

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Related Field
• 2 years of experience in counseling, mental health, substance abuse, children's services, or psychology

Qualifications

• Florida Driver's License
• Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LCSW) license
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• 2 years of relevant experience

Schedule

Full-time, Exempt position. Monday - Friday; days. No weekend work or on-call responsibilities.
