About the role

Channel ABA is seeking passionate, growth-oriented Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) who want to make a meaningful impact while building a long-term career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, clinic, and community settings
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
  • Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition using trauma-informed, assent-based care
  • Collect accurate data and complete clinical documentation (e.g., session notes, progress updates)
  • Collaborate with BCBA and the clinical team to ensure high-quality care
  • Build professional, supportive relationships with families
  • Participate in supervision, IBHS-required meetings, and ongoing training

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of 40-hour RBT Training through an approved course sequence
  • BHT qualifications in accordance with Pennsylvania IBHS regulations
  • Ability to work with children with autism or behavioral health needs
  • Reliable transportation
  • RBT Certification (preferred)
  • Experience in ABA or working with children (preferred)
  • Enrollment in or plans to pursue ABA coursework (for internship track) (preferred)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
