Full Time Behavioral Health Technician

Position Overview

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is a frontline team member responsible for supporting clients throughout their daily recovery process. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Auxiliary with client intake and admissions process
• Observe and document client behavior and self-administration of medication
• Support individualized treatment plans and recovery goals
• Maintain accurate client documentation and records
• Coordinate and assist with daily activities and programming
• Ensure a safe, clean, and structured environment for all clients
• Assist with meal service and dietary needs
• Complete all required training and compliance requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, or human services
• Experience in customer service, caregiving, or residential settings
