Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Complete the intake process with new clients into program
- Maintains client documentation
- Observes and documents client self-administration of medication as applicable
- Cordination of client activities
- Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
- Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention
- Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
- Aids with the dietary needs of clients
- Other duties as assigned
Education
High School Diploma required
