About the role
Responsible for supervising behavioral health technicians in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train staff to ensure quality care is provided.
- Oversee daily operations to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
- Document patient interactions and progress in accordance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
