Enhance the lives of individuals with behavioral health needs through compassionate care and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care plans based on client needs
- Facilitate communication between clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed
- Participate in regular training sessions to maintain competency in behavioral health practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Passing a criminal background check
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
$20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
