Requirements
- Required: High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing behavioral health services (preferred).
- Completed 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training course.
- Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.
Preferred

- Completed college coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field.
Position Details
- Provides one-on-one interventions to a child or adolescent.
- Works one-on-one with client(s).
- Implements a behavior modification treatment plan.
- Utilizes prescribed interventions as needed.
- Targets child-specific antecedent, behavioral/teaching, consequent, reinforcement strategies techniques and additional psychosocial rehabilitative activities.
- Transfers appropriate techniques and skills to family members.
- Maintains progress notes and documents behavioral and program data.
- Attends training as required.
