Behavioral Health Technician

About the role

This role involves providing behavioral health support to clients in a therapeutic setting. The primary responsibilities include facilitating therapy sessions, administering medication management, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Administer and monitor medication management
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document client interactions and progress in electronic health records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Passing score on a background check

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some evening and weekend shifts required.
