Behavioral Health Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral health support to clients in a clinical setting. Duties include conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic interventions based on client needs
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress
• Participating in regular supervision and case conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavioral health
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
