Behavioral Health Technician IBHS Harrisburg
Job Duties
- Work with children/adolescents who have behavioral and emotional challenges
- Implements the Individualized Treatment Plan and behavioral plan with an emphasis on transferring skills to the client, family, and team members
- Utilizes research based treatment approaches (ex: ABA, CBT) as identified on the client's treatment plan
- Works as a team member with a master's level clinician (ex: BCBA, Mobile Therapist)
Qualifications
- Have a High School Diploma or the equivalent and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA (40 hour training requirement can be provided by TrueNorth upon hire)
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services
- Have a certification as a BCaBA
- Have certification as an RBTH
- Have certification as an BCAT
Job Requirements
- The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check)
- Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required

Pay
Pay Rate starts at $14.28 and increases with experience.
