About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals in a behavioral health setting. Assist in implementing treatment plans and monitor client progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions and support clients in achieving their goals
- Maintain accurate records and report progress to supervising professionals
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals in a behavioral health setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Skills
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Proficiency in computer software for record-keeping and data management
