About the role
We are excited to announce an opening for a Behavioral Health Office Administrator at our Lubbock Downtown office. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, compassionate, and ready to support a team providing important behavioral health services to the community.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, families, providers, and visitors in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Manage front office operations, including scheduling, phone calls, messages, and daily administrative workflows.
- Support patient intake, documentation, records management, and appointment coordination.
- Aid with insurance, referrals, authorizations, and other healthcare administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient information in accordance with privacy and compliance standards.
- Cook up communication between clinical staff, patients, and internal departments.
- Help ensure the Lubbock Downtown office remains organized, efficient, and patient-focused.
- Support leadership with administrative needs, reporting, and special projects as assigned.

- Experience in healthcare administration, behavioral health, medical office support, or front desk operations preferred.
