About the role

The Behavioral Health Consultant, Adolescent Psychiatry position is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for adolescents with mental health needs. This role involves collaborating with families, adolescents, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with families and adolescents to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and provide clinical evaluations to guide treatment decisions.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care planning.
  • Provide consultation and training to other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with adolescents in a healthcare setting.
  • Licensure or certification as a Mental Health Professional in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience with adolescent psychiatry and mental health disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability as needed.
