The Behavioral Health Specialist, Adolescent Psychiatry is responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and their families. This position requires strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support to adolescents and their families
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio
• Experience working with adolescents and their families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
