Behavioral Health Clinician - Psych CH Cahill 3 Adult Provider
The adult inpatient psychiatric units provide care for individuals in acute crisis due to mental health or substance use diagnoses. The multidisciplinary team works together to develop treatment plans, provide patient-centered treatment and arrange relevant aftercare and resources. The team works collaboratively with families, outpatient providers, and involved community organizations to ensure the acute needs of the individual are met.
About the role
Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of an assigned caseload of clients, providing a range of psychosocial care. Works at one or more service sites, under social work clinical supervision and administrative supervision at the service site or in the service line.

Requirements
- Minimum of clinical internship training or job experience in clinical human service work with population specific to service site
Qualifications
- Current MA licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders
- Proficiency in clinical assessment and intervention techniques

Pay
- LCSW: $36.98-$51.07 per hour
- LMHC/LICSW: $42.16-$58.22 per hour
Schedule
Day shift, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, 40 hours per week.
