Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric risk assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention to patients and families in emergency and psychiatric settings.
- Serve as a key member of the clinical team, supporting whole-person care.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Licensure in Alaska (e.g., Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical mental health experience.
- Must obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Skills
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members in emergency settings.
