Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Serve as an educator and resource for patients, families, and colleagues, sharing vital health information in an understandable and compassionate way
- Perform thorough vital sign assessments, comprehensive nursing assessments, and accurate medication reconciliations
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with clinical duties and ensure smooth medication refill processes
- Maintain precise and timely patient records, contributing to a seamless care continuum
We are offering a $20,000 sign on bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements
Job Requirements
- A nursing degree from an accredited program
- An active and valid RN license in North Dakota
- CPR (BLS) certification current upon hire OR to be completed within 14 days of hire
- A minimum of one year of hospital or clinical nursing experience is preferred, with a strong interest or background in psychiatry/behavioral health being a plus
- Solid basic clinical skills, the ability to remain calm and effective in various situations, and a commitment to completing nonviolent crisis intervention training within six months
- Excellent communication skills, a knack for building positive relationships, and a deep respect for patient confidentiality
Qualifications
