About the role
At Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City, we are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Nurse to provide skilled home-based nursing care to patients managing behavioral health conditions alongside their physical health needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled home-based nursing care to patients managing behavioral health conditions alongside their physical health needs
- Complete assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team and physician
- Educate patients and families on medication management, safety planning, and coping strategies
- Carefully coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and case managers to support the whole person
- Recognize and respond appropriately to behavioral health crises in the home setting
Requirements
- Active RN license in Oklahoma
- Previous behavioral health nursing experience required
- Home health experience preferred
- CPR certification

- Strong communication skills
- Sound clinical judgment
- Genuine compassion for patients facing complex needs

Pay
$40 per visit (full time) or $35 per visit (part time)
$100 Start of Care, $75 Resumption of Care, $60 Recertification
Schedule
Weekly pay every Friday
