Key Responsibilities
- Crisis Intervention: Work with individuals in crisis to provide immediate support, helping them regain stability and begin the recovery process.
- Case Management: Perform a wide range of tasks related to case management, including assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up support.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and community resources to ensure clients have access to comprehensive care and services.
- Support and Guidance: Assist individuals of all ages in navigating their mental health and recovery journey, helping them achieve their personal recovery goals.
- Professionalism and Ethics: Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals in crisis.
- Experience in behavioral health or a related field, with knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Case management experience is preferred, but not required.
- A strong commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining ethical standards in a professional environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Job Type/Salary
Full-time position
Salary: $45,000.00 / $ 21.63 per hr
FLSA Status: Nonexempt
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- A high school degree or equivalent, from a regionally accredited institution recognized by the United States Department of Education, and a total of 6 months of direct, documented experience working with persons who live with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues.

Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Pre-placement Testing
