About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver short-term clinical case management.
- Review behavioral health histories and assess safety risks to provide crisis intervention.
- Advocate within the behavioral health system for clients.
- Engage clients through motivational interviewing techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide clinical consultations to probation and community treatment providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Registered psychiatric nurse or California-licensed master's-level mental health professional.
- Over 3 years of clinical care experience, emphasizing assessment, case management, and crisis intervention.
- Community behavioral health experience required.
- Knowledge of local care systems preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and technology systems.
