Behavioral Consultant – Applied Behavior Analysis ($1,500 Sign-On Bonus Available)

About the role

The Behavioral Consultant – Applied Behavior Analysis position is responsible for providing evidence-based interventions to support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on assessments and data collection.
• Provide direct therapy services to children in natural environments such as schools, homes, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct regular progress evaluations and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new research.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
