Behavior Consultant - ($1,500 Sign-On Bonus Available)

About the role

The Behavior Consultant is responsible for providing behavioral support services to children and families in a therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on assessment data
• Provide direct therapy sessions to children and families
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct home visits and provide training to caregivers
• Document progress and communicate with parents and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Valid state license as a Behavior Analyst (BA)
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Knowledge of child development and behavior principles

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
