Behavioral Consultant – Applied Behavior Analysis ($1,500 Sign-On Bonus Available)

About the role

The Behavioral Consultant – Applied Behavior Analysis position is responsible for providing evidence-based interventions to support children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
• Provide direct therapy services to children in natural environments
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective care
• Evaluate progress towards goals and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Current certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCaBA)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Knowledge of child development and behavior principles

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
