About the role
As a Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized client programs, measure progress, and build trusted relationships essential for person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Executing skill-building programs designed by BCBAs
- Recording behavioral data to monitor progress
- Engaging clients through structured activities and play
- Communicating with the clinical team and families
- Maintaining a clean and organized therapy environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM
- Background check, TB test, immunizations, and CA LiveScan clearance
- Ability to physically engage with children up to 50 lbs
- RBT certification (training provided if needed)
- Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities
Pay
$23–$30/hr based on experience
