Behavior Technician (Part Time to Full Time)

About the role

As a Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized client programs, measure progress, and build trusted relationships essential for person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Executing skill-building programs designed by BCBAs
• Recording behavioral data to monitor progress
• Engaging clients through structured activities and play
• Communicating with the clinical team and families
• Maintaining a clean and organized therapy environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM
• Background check, TB test, immunizations, and CA LiveScan clearance
• Ability to physically engage with children up to 50 lbs
• RBT certification (training provided if needed)
• Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities

Pay

$23–$30/hr based on experience

Schedule
