Behavior Technician (Part Time to Full Time)

About the Role
Behavior technicians implement individualized programs developed by BCBAs, measure client progress, and build trusted relationships to support person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Implement skill-building programs and structured activities with clients
- Collect behavioral data during sessions to monitor progress
- Communicate effectively with clinical teams and families
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy space
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old with a valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM
- Completion of CA LiveScan, background check, TB test, and immunizations
- Ability to physically engage with children up to 50 lbs
- RBT certification (training provided if needed)
- Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities
Pay
$23–$30/hr based on experience
