About the role

We are hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work with children facing Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior change plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Assist children with social, communication, and behavioral skills
  • Document progress and milestones

Qualifications

  • RBT Certification
  • Passion for working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • At least 18 years old
  • Experience or coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or at least one year of relevant work with children
