About the role
We are hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work with children facing Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental challenges.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior change plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Assist children with social, communication, and behavioral skills
- Document progress and milestones
Qualifications
- RBT Certification
- Passion for working with children with special needs
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- At least 18 years old
- Experience or coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or at least one year of relevant work with children
