Behavior Technician - Part Time/Full Time - Home & School-Based ABA

About the role

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings, implementing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA. Foster a positive, engaging environment while adhering to policies and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Collecting session data
• Completing documentation within 24 hours
• Maintaining professional communication with families, staff, and clinicians

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with ABA programs and behavioral data collection
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred qualifications

• Prior ABA experience
• Two or more years working with children
• Interest in future virtual or hybrid roles
