About the role
Provide in-home behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized support plans based on client needs
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Monitor and document client progress
- Communicate regularly with clients, families, and other professionals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Passing background check
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
