Behavior Technician - Part Time

About the role

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct ABA therapy under supervision, assisting in implementing behavior support plans tailored for children and teens with autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions and implement Behavior Support Plans as directed by BCBAs.
• Collect and document clinical data accurately and promptly.
• Assist in creating instructional materials and participate in staff training.
• Debrief caregivers after sessions and maintain confidentiality of health information.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Complete authorized therapy hours and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid RBT credential (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance
• Clear criminal background checks
