About the role

Hybrid role combining in-person (in-home and center-based) supervision support with opportunities to work from home. Flexible Monday-Friday schedule with no expectation of Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions. You’re in full control of your schedule.

Pay

Base salary starting at $100,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography. Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years).

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support, ensuring high reliability and fidelity in treatment plan implementation
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs
  • Continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and problem-solve to help each client reach their potential
  • Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change with flexibility, and seek growth opportunities
  • Proactively communicate, take initiative, and foster a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Active LBA Certification in the state of North Carolina as issued by the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board
  • Subject to a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam (paid for by Autism Learning Partners)

Onboarding & Development

  • 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem-solving, CPT codes, and telehealth assessments
  • Weekly office hours or 1:1 support from the Clinical Development team
  • Clear promotion framework: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Senior Clinical Director
  • For new BCBA certificants: 8-hour supervision course approved by the BACB
