The Beauty Manager role at JCPenney involves understanding the factors affecting the Beauty business, coaching the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, analyzing business performance, managing talent, making visual merchandise decisions, and assisting clients.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team - Providing frequent coaching, focusing on performance differentiation, empowering team members, setting clear expectations, motivating the team, and recognizing contributions.
• Analyzing business performance - Reviewing reports and other information to understand and improve business performance.
• Talent Management - Searching for and attracting talent for openings in the market.
• Making visual merchandise decisions - Ensuring the store is clean and visually appealing, and addressing any issues promptly.
• Assisting clients - Interacting with clients to make them happy and providing excellent service.
• Executing monthly animations - Planning and executing the design and set for new merchandise.
