About the role

As a Beauty Manager at JCPenney, you will lead a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for clients. You’ll understand the key levers and indicators that affect the Beauty business and coach your team to excel in customer interactions and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by providing frequent coaching and feedback, differentiating performance, empowering decision-making, setting clear expectations, motivating team members, and recognizing individual contributions.
• Analyze business performance by reviewing reports and data to understand trends, identify opportunities, and take action to improve results.
• Support the talent management process by actively searching for and recruiting top talent in the market.
• Make visual merchandise decisions to ensure the store is clean, visually appealing, and meets brand standards.
• Assist clients by engaging with them, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Support the execution of monthly store animations by planning and directing teams to create an engaging shopping environment.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $19.79 - USD $28.27 per hour.
