Primary Responsibilities
- Lead your team by providing frequent coaching / feedback, focusing on differentiating performance, empowering team members, setting clear expectations, motivating your team, and recognizing contributions.
- Analyze business performance by reviewing reports and other relevant information to understand and improve your store's performance.
- Support the Talent Management process by actively searching for and approaching potential candidates for openings in your market.
- Maintain a clean and visually stimulating store environment by ensuring all merchandise is presented to visual standards and addressing any issues promptly.
- Interact with clients to put a smile on their faces and assist them in finding new products.
- Participate in the execution of the monthly animation by walking the floor with your team and other leaders to plan for the upcoming design and set for new merchandise.
