Beauty Manager

Overview

The Beauty role at JCPenney is to lead a team, analyze business performance, support talent management, make visual merchandise decisions, assist clients, and execute the monthly animation. This position requires a deep understanding of the Beauty business and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead your team by providing frequent coaching, focusing on performance, empowering team members, setting clear expectations, motivating the team, and recognizing contributions.
• Analyze business performance by reviewing reports and other relevant information to understand and improve business performance.
• Support the Talent Management process by actively searching for and approaching potential candidates for openings.
• Maintain a clean and visually stimulating store environment by ensuring merchandise is presented to visual standards and addressing any issues promptly.
• Interact with clients to put a smile on their faces and provide excellent service.
• Plan and execute the monthly animation with your team and other leaders in the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for clients.

Pay Range

USD $18.35 - USD $23.56 /Hr.
