Beauty Manager

Overview

The Beauty role at JCPenney is to lead a team, analyze business performance, support talent management, make visual merchandise decisions, assist clients, and execute monthly animations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead your team by providing frequent coaching, focusing on performance, empowering team members, setting expectations, motivating them, and recognizing contributions.
• Analyze business performance by reviewing reports and other information to understand and improve performance.
• Support the Talent Management process by actively searching for and approaching potential talent.
• Maintain a clean and visually stimulating store environment by ensuring merchandise is presented to visual standards and addressing issues promptly.
• Interact with clients to put a smile on their faces and assist them in finding new items.
• Support the execution of the monthly animation by walking the floor with your team and providing direction to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Pay Range

USD $16.49 - USD $23.56 /Hr.
