Beauty Manager

Overview

The Beauty role at JCPenney is to lead a team, analyze business performance, support talent management, make visual merchandise decisions, assist clients, and execute monthly animations. This position requires a deep understanding of the Beauty business and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Leading your team - Provide frequent coaching, differentiate performance, empower team, set expectations, motivate, and recognize contributions.
• Analyzing business performance - Review reports and take action based on business performance data.
• Talent Management - Search for and approach potential hires, actively manage the talent pipeline.
• Visual Merchandise - Ensure store cleanliness and visual appeal, address issues promptly.
• Client Interaction - Interact with clients to make them happy, greet returning clients, and provide excellent service.
• Monthly Animation Execution - Walk the floor with your team to plan and set up for new merchandise, guide supporting teams for an engaging shopping experience.

Pay Range

USD $16.49 - USD $23.56 /Hr.
