Beauty Manager

Well…being a Beauty Manager at JCPenney might be the position for you! The Beauty role is to understand the levers and indicators that affect the Beauty business and coach their team to deliver an amazing shopping experience for their clients.

Responsibilities

• Leading your team: provide frequent coaching/feedback, differentiate performance, empower team members, set expectations, motivate the team, and recognize individual contributions
• Analyzing business performance: review reports, understand key numbers, and take action to make a difference
• Supporting Talent Management process: search for talent, approach potential candidates, and find great talent for openings
• Making visual merchandise decisions: keep the store clean and visually stimulating, ensure merchandise is presented to visual standards
• Assisting clients: interact with clients, greet old friends, and put a smile on the client’s face
• Supporting the execution of the monthly animation: plan for upcoming design and set for new merchandise, provide direction to supporting teams

Pay Range USD $18.14 - USD $25.91 /Hr.
