Beauty Concierge - Orem University Crossing Rack

About the role

A day in the life as a Rack Beauty Concierge involves sharing your passion for beauty trends, assisting customers with product knowledge, and ensuring a quick, enjoyable shopping experience while helping them find great deals.

Responsibilities

• Keep the customer experience fun and efficient while helping customers discover deals
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including inventory processes, merchandise check-in, and accurate ticketing
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with the team to keep the sales floor ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day

Requirements

• Accountability, initiative, and strong ownership of tasks
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy retail environment
• Strong math, verbal, and written communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay

Hourly pay range: $17.05 - $17.75. Offers may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
