Beauty Concierge - Elmwood Center Rack

About the role

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Share your love of beauty trends and educate customers on product knowledge
• Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they're looking for
• Maintain a clean sales floor and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
• Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
• Work with the team to keep the sales floor ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and a positive, "glass half full" attitude
• Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to remain calm in a busy retail environment
• Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay

$15.60 - $16.20 hourly. Pay offers are dependent on location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
