Beauty Concierge - Harlem Irving Plaza Rack

Nordstrom is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Beauty Concierge committed to delivering outstanding customer service daily.

About the role

• Greet and direct customers, assist with cosmetic inquiries and products, and provide a variety of services
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the cosmetics area to guide customers and employees
• Support store operations as a general resource for customers and staff
• Maintain confidentiality in all interactions
• Make deliveries to customers

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
• Skill in suggestive selling and connecting customers to sales associates
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay

$17.45 - $18.15 hourly. Pay offers depend on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
