This role will provide regulatory leadership for Beauty Care products, initiatives, and technologies, partnering with multifunctional and regional teams to enable innovation while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day regulatory guidance for new Beauty Care initiatives, current business, product changes, claims, labeling, and upstream technologies.
• Guide business and initiative teams in developing clear regulatory strategies, identifying regulatory requirements and risks early, and translating them into practical recommendations.
