We're looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to help drive growth and customer engagement at our dealership. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at building relationships, and motivated by hitting targets. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for sales and customer service, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team.
Schedule
The schedule will be 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday for the time being. You would be the sole BDC agent from this location.

Responsibilities
- Reach out to and follow up with up with prospective customers
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
- Connect new customers with appropriate sales team member
- Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
- Proactively build out prospecting network
- Log all activity in a CRM
- Met and exceed goals each month and quarter
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
