BDC Representative
Responsibilities
- Qualify and follow up on inbound internet and phone leads in a timely manner.
- Initiate outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective customers.
- Manage and maintain customer information and communications in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide customers with information about vehicle features, financing options, and dealership promotions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer service-related role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Google Docs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay
Competitive salary range of $30,000.00 - $60,000.00, paid semi-monthly.
