About the role
This position serves as an Automotive BDC Representative at a Ford dealership, connecting with customers and supporting their service experience.Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls across departments
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate information
- Log calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Stay up to date on products, promos, and policies to better assist customers
- Manage spreadsheets and navigate multiple tabs/screens
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Report missed opportunities or escalations to management
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a great customer experience
- Absorb special projects as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of office experience preferred
- Comfortable talking on the phone and helping customers
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable
- Team-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Eager to learn and improve continuously
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer skills
- Good phone etiquette and follow-through
- Strong customer service mindset
